Who operates WorkAvanta
WorkAvanta is developed and operated by 6T TECHNOLOGY & COMMERCE LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with remote operations in Vietnam. This policy covers WorkAvanta’s website, existing beta accounts and product support. Company-site inquiries are covered separately at 6tcommerce.com.
Beta access and account information
The product is in closed beta for existing accounts, not yet production. New registrations, social sign-in and purchases are disabled. Existing account records may contain names, email addresses, password hashes, profile details, access settings and usage records. Information from earlier social sign-in may remain in existing records; disabling that entry point does not erase past data.
AI inputs, files and outputs
When an existing user runs an enabled AI tool, the application processes the prompt, selected files and relevant conversation context and sends the data needed for that request to the selected AI service. OpenAI is the configured default engine; other integrated services depend on the tool and account configuration. Provider processing can occur outside your country and follows the provider’s own terms.
Saved conversations, documents, generated media, file references and usage records can be retained by the application. The current image-storage configuration uses public storage; files with accessible URLs should not be treated as confidential. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial or confidential information during this beta. No claim is made that every provider uses identical retention or training settings.
Sessions, local storage and requests
Session and request-verification cookies support sign-in, language choices and protection against forged requests. The server uses Redis-backed sessions. The beta notice stores only the value “dismissed” under the versioned sessionStorage key “workavanta.beta-notice.2026-10-26.v1” in your browser tab. This preference avoids repeating the notice during the tab session; browser session restoration may retain it. It is not consent or a server-side marketing record. The banner remains available when storage is blocked.
Website requests can expose IP address, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps to the hosting infrastructure. Application activity, usage and diagnostic logs support operation and troubleshooting. Pages can request fonts or other resources from external providers, whose servers receive those resource requests. We do not claim that this website uses no cookies or no third-party resources.
Support, access and payments
The website also uses a referral cookie, currently configured for approximately 139 days, and can record the referring URL and domain for traffic analysis. The session cookie is currently configured for up to 10 days. The site currently includes Google AdSense resources; Google receives requests when those resources load and may process information under its own policies. These are separate from the beta-notice dismissal preference.
Messages sent to support@workavanta.com are handled through the operator’s mail service and can include your email address and message content. Authorized administrative access is available for operating and supporting the beta. Hosting, email and AI processing may involve international transfers, including administration from Vietnam.
New payment collection is unavailable in this beta. Existing account or billing records, if any, are not erased by disabling purchases. Future paid services will require updated payment disclosures before collection.
Retention and your requests
No single automatic deletion deadline is configured for all account records, uploaded/generated files, logs, backups and provider-held data. Deleting one record does not establish deletion from every system. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email support@workavanta.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account and explain any remaining records or operational limits.
Beta status does not make personal data risk-free. No absolute-security, certification or universal provider-deletion guarantee is offered. Material changes to processing will be reflected in a dated policy update. See also the WorkAvanta beta terms.
